Geek Software of the Week: SysTools FREE Windows Password Reset Boot Disk!
This is a FREE utility that you can burn using another Geek Software of the Week from the past… Imgburn. Anyway, once you get the ISO burned to a CD, boot off the CD, and step through the menu options. I suggest resetting the Windows “administrator” password to blank.
