Geek Software of the Week: Blubrry Powerpress!

Blubrry PowerpressThis GSotW is, of course, only for folks that have WordPress software based blogs (like mine!) But, it is a good ‘un! Powerpress gives you more tools to use when publishing podcasts/netcasts on the web via your Blog! Very cool stuff! The new version sports a “fail over” from FLV or M4V to WebM video if you are using a WebM supported platform, also, lot’s of granular control over the way your podcast is “published” in your Blog. At the posting of the plugin on WordPress’ Plugins site, they say: “Blubrry PowerPress brings the essential features for podcasting to WordPress. Developed by podcasters for podcasters, PowerPress offers full iTunes support, the Update iTunes Listing feature, web audio/video media players and more.”
